Rio De Janeiro was nothing short of amazing! It was as picturesque as I’ve seen in so many pictures growing up. I stayed in Ipanema Beach at the Fasano hotel, which I HIGHLY recommend. Most celebrities who visit Rio stay in this hotel which is how I knew about it from stalking countless celebrity IG pages, the views from the pool are unreal!
While I was here I had a couple photoshoots on Ipanema beach and even made time to visit the Jesus Statue. Hope you enjoy my photos!
The next part of my trip to Krabi was probably the most memorable. The resort we stayed in Krabi, Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, is accessible only by boat as it is completely surrounded by huge limestone cliffs. When you arrive by boat it looks like a secluded oceanfront hotel in the middle of the jungle, absolutely stunning and so different from anywhere I’ve ever stayed. From there, you can grab a long tail boat to go to the other beaches around Krabi. We loved Phra Nang Beach & Railey beach, they are pictured below with the random cliff shooting out of the beach water. You can actually swim up to this cliff and there is a small area with sand that makes you feel like you are stranded in the most beautiful deserted mini island. The views here are nothing short of spectacular, as were the views from our balcony. Many people take day trips from Phuket to see these beaches as they are continuously voted the most beautiful beaches in the world, but I decided a day tour wasn’t enough and stayed 3 nights nestled away beneath the trees.
As most of you saw on my social media, I had a very remarkable morning one of the days. After going on a morning run and feeding a banana to a monkey hiding beyond the trees, we arrived to our villa to see an entire colony of monkeys waiting in our patio. We went inside the villa and the monkeys were hanging from the door knobs trying to break it! It was the coolest yet slightly frightening experience ever. Of course, I finally decided to make friends with the monkeys and walked outside with them (my boyfriend slammed the door behind me) haha. Eventually when some of the monkeys left and everything settled down a bit, we walked out and fed them and had them jumping all over us. One of the monkeys sat on my boyfriends shoulder literally just chilling and didn’t want to come down. Once we came back inside, we sat there just looking at a family of monkeys who adopted our balcony as a home and all cuddled together (pictured below), it was so beautiful. After my monkey adventure I found out they can actually be quite dangerous, so please, use caution when playing with monkeys. A scratch or bite will you give you rabies, which have no symptoms and are fatal. Monkeys are funny & cute and hard to ignore, but be smart with your encounter. Don’t tease the monkeys or feed one when theres many around or it might cause them to get aggressive.
Hope you all enjoy and this post inspires you to take a little getaway beneath the trees!

The first part of my Thailand trip was in Phuket where I stayed in the Sri Panwa villas. This hotel was nothing short of amazing! We actually never went out into town as we had planned because we couldn’t get enough of our perfect villa with our own infinity pool overlooking the ocean as well as all the other amazing areas of the hotel.
My first three photos are at the hotels “Baba Nest”. A seriously picturesque outdoor lounge on a wooden deck surrounded by an infinity all around that only adds to the incredible landscapes in the backdrop. We got to our villa the first day around 5pm and had reservations at the Baba Nest at 6pm for sunset cocktails, it was the greatest welcoming to Thailand we could imagine. Of course, seeing our perfect villa upon arriving was also up there.
Like I said, I never ventured out to the town in Phuket, but what we did make sure to do was go on the boat tours to Phi Phi islands. In my opinion this is the most important part about visiting Thailand, this is a must see! The beautiful turquoise waters that surround these huge vertical limestone cliffs that shoot out of the water are definitely a sight to see. It was so beautiful and relaxing to boat around these islands and swim in their lagoons. We also made sure to stop by Monkey Islands to say hi to some of the goofy locals there. Monkeys in the island are super cute and funny but always make sure to be careful around them as they are still wild animals. You guys have probably seen my posts about my crazy monkey encounter but that will be up on my next post about Krabi, Thailand.
Enjoy and I hope this helps and inspires anyone looking to travel to Phuket!
